This page is very much a work in progress!
The perinatal mental health community is growing all the time, and is rich with support and kindness. Here are some of our favourites!

MASIC Advocates for women who aim to change the lives of those injured during childbirth.
PANDAS Charity support service for families and their networks who may be suffering with perinatal mental illness, including prenatal (antenatal) and postnatal depression.
BLISS Charity supporting parents and carers of babies born poorly or prematurely
PARENT & INFANT MENTAL HEALTH SCOTLAND organisation campaigning for and advocating increased and improved parental and infant mental health in Scotland, with lots of good resources on their site.
Every area in Scotland now has a developing or established NHS offer for maternity & neonatal psychology, perinatal mental health and infant mental health, and details can be found with your local NHS site, health visitor or GP. We will always mention this to you before we offer a service so that you are clear about what services you can access free of charge.
Please note that Bloom does not offer a clinical service in the area covered by NHS Lothian. We will be happy to provide you with NHS service information, or the details of other practitioners depending on your preference.
